I have used Run Lab to help me recover from three different injuries and I am well pleased with the results. Each time I received excellent individual attention with a focus on getting me back to running. The Run Lab staff is well informed and attentive. The new location has a plethora of great equipment available to facilitate exercises to help with recovery.
I especially like how Run Lab staff are able to video your running form and provide suggestions to improve your form along with helping … More you recover from any injuries. The videos of my running really helped with my injury recovery and to improve my running form.
I will always use Run Lab to help me recover from any (hopefully none) injuries I may have in the future. If you are physically active I highly recommend using run lab to help you recover from any injuries.
NOTE: I have run consistently for over 20 years and I'm physically active 6 to 7 days each week. -

Great experience with Dr. Baker and the entire RunLab team! I was recovering from a stress fracture when I first started going to RunLab, and it's been great to learn strategies for improving my running gait that will mitigate future injuries and help me to become a better (and lifelong) runner. -

I worked with Run Lab bi-monthly for 3 months with Dr. Baker and his assistant Alexa. They were both super informative and helpful throughout my recovery with shin splints. I learned so much about improving my running form, PT exercises, and finding the absolute perfect pair of shoes to run in. The knowledge I gained was paramount to continue running healthy, happy, and pain-free. Thank you so much!! -

Dr. Matt at RunLab was on time, friendly, and most importantly, thorough! As a runner, he was able to focus more efficiently on my problems and assigned me both strengthening exercises and a modification to my running form to address my sciatic pain. -

I started going to RunLab in July 2025 due to Achilles pain. Dr. Hardin, Leslie, and team were able to help me address the pain, as well as SI joint pain that popped up. I ran the Austin Marathon on February 2026 pain free - during and after the run!! So, so thankful for their care and attention! -

I completed the Movement and Gait Analysis with Dr. Lin at RunLab - absolutely a fantastic experience and accomplished my initial goals as I get back into running later in life. The team at RunLab North Austin was extremely professional, thorough, and friendly. The result of the Analysis and the prescribed "corrective" exercises were just what I was looking for... thanks for all your help. If you’re getting back at it or need a “check-up”, seeing the great Team at this local owned business … More is certainly worth it. -

I came to Run Lab as a reasonably fit senior, not expecting much. But after seeing how much they helped my wife with Parkinson’s, I gave it a try. The results were incredible—more agility, less pain, and a surprising feeling of being younger. Run Lab’s movement experts know exactly what they’re doing. They helped me regain abilities I didn’t realize I’d lost. Highly recommended for anyone who thinks slowing down is just part of aging—it doesn’t have to be.

Four-Month Update
Just checking in … More for a four-month update. My journey with RunLab and my trainer, Dr. Daniel Murray, has been a very productive experience. The first week or so I was amazed and after four months, still amazed.
At my age, it’s easy to fall into a bit of a shuffle when walking, but these people have some kind of magic that I don’t quite understand , but it works. After four months I’m starting to walk like I did when I was much younger.
Of course, I’m doing all the right things for myself . I'm eating well, sleeping well, staying active but RunLab has given me back abilities I thought were gone for good. I just go in once a week for a tune-up, and the progress keeps coming, gradually and consistently.
I recommend this low-impact, low-time expenditure, cheerful training environment for anyone who wants to get a little bit back to the way it was. -

I’ve been working with Dr. Seth Moore at RunLab North Austin for about two months now, and it’s been such a game changer for my running. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented, but also really approachable and easy to work with. From my first gait analysis to the follow-up sessions, he’s helped me understand exactly what was throwing off my form and how to correct it. The exercises and cues he’s given me have made a noticeable difference, I’m running more efficiently and with less strain. … More You can tell he genuinely cares about helping me improve and stay injury-free. Highly recommend Dr. Moore and the whole RunLab team! -

Run Labs and Dr Derrick Baker made a daunting injury much more manageable - and less scary. The whole team is experienced, professional, and personable, and I walked away with exercises to heal and get back to my best performance with full range of motion.
