RunLab is a Motion Analysis company headquartered in Austin Texas that employs physical therapy and chiropractic healthcare providers. We have identified a huge gap in the market for quality, consistency, and ease of access to both full-body movement evaluation, as well as footwear prescription based on full body assessment. Our mission is to help any runner, anywhere with access to a phone and a treadmill. We have given runners of every experience level, age, shape and size the ability to access a quality, reasonably priced gait evaluation, detailed report of findings, and Footwear Prescription™ that is completely individualized to the runner.
Position Overview
Licensed physical therapist needed for a mix of in-clinic visits and telehealth visits. We are in need of a PT who is interested in working primarily with runners of every experience level, and who is willing to learn our methodology and has a thirst for learning how to effectively retrain biomechanical movement patterns. We have a great system and team in place and are looking for the right fit to cover our current PTs when they are out on vacation / during the busier times of the year, and handle our virtual visits (we’ll train on this but comfort with telehealth is a huge bonus).
We are open to both experienced PTs and new grads, but a sense of humor, a great attitude and bedside manner, and a willingness to grow and pivot with our business as we move into our national expansion phase is a must. We prefer someone who is looking to eventually move into a full time role with us once patient volume allows for it, and who is flexible in working virtually or in-clinic as the need dictates.
Pay and Benefits
Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
Hours will vary throughout the year.
