These classes are meant to address common strength deficits we see in our clinic that lead to injury. Working through these issues with our team can help injury-proof your body and keep you running faster and stronger.

Doctor visit

30 minutes of 1:1 time with one our amazing doctors. Have an injury or painful area you are worried about? Need help managing your injury from home? Need access to remote physical therapy? We can help! These visits are meant to help diagnose or guide you on treatment for your injury or evaluate a current issue. These visits can also be used for therapeutic activities and physical therapy meant to correct gait abnormalities, correct movement patterns which are leading to pain and injury, and guide you on all aspects of how to manage your injury at home. Should you need referral to a specialist, we will discuss a plan of action following your assessment and get you connected with one of our trusted partners, or referred for X-ray or MRI as needed. 

1:1 Gait Retraining

Have you gone through the Gait evaluation and Movement Analysis process and now you would like some help on how to improve the issues identified? Let our team Clinical Gait Specialists help you from the comfort of your own home, park, gym, or wherever is most convenient for you. Our team is fantastic at helping you change your movement patterns in a fun and easy-to-understand way (don’t worry, you don’t need to be “techy”, we’ll help you connect with us virtually and it’s quick and painless).  We’ll tailor this appointment to the way you learn best. You have our undivided attention and we’ll help you achieve your goals by either physically going through your exercises with you step by step, diving deeper into your gait videos or Movement Analysis Profile, or a combination of the two. These appointments are meant to help quickly get you where you wanna go and we recommend doing several over a couple of weeks (packages available) so that we can make sure you are really absorbing the changes effectively before we release a new, faster, more efficient you on the world. 

Group Gait Retraining (Beginner): Learn to run! 

Are you a new runner or hoping to transition from walking to running? This is the class for you! Our team of experts take the frustration out of learning to run and get you started in a way that will help create a lifelong passion for this sport. We love running and we want you to love it too! Learn exercises to keep you from getting injured, learn how to move more efficiently, and how to build core strength that you need for running, all from home.

Group Gait Retraining (Intermediate): Get Faster!

Are you an experienced runner (running somewhat consistently for the last year or more) but struggling with how to get faster or prevent nagging injuries? Let our team help! These classes are designed to help you break through your plateau and get to the next level in a fun and safe way. 

Group Gait Retraining (Advanced): FastCamp

Are you an experienced runner looking to PR or get your BQ? We can help. This class is designed to push your limits and help you find your weak spots so you can crush your goals and break through the barriers to achieving your next fastest self.

Running Technique For All Levels

A workout class focused on running mechanics, efficiency drills, and unlocking your running potential. Efficient movement is the key to breaking through to your next PR, whether that is running your first full mile or hitting your first Boston Qualifier.

If you are able to walk without pain and stand balance on each leg for 30 seconds without losing your balance, this class is for you.
